Single Day trips

If weather or conditions on the agreed day do not allow the tour, we will try to find an alternative date together. There are no costs.

Trips/Courses in a group

The group activities have a minimum number of participants. If it is not reached, the activity can be cancelled, after alternative offers were not accepted by the rest of the group. Down payments  will be fully refund.

Program

Every client ist obliged to critically assess his skills and performance in order not to expose yourself, the group and the mountain guide to unnecessary risks. Doubts can be clarified in a joint tour with the mountain guide.

The guide adapts to the performance of the weakest participant.

The mountain guide can cancel, shorten or change the tour at any time if the performance of the clients, the weather or the conditions do not conform to the requirement.

If a participant disregards the instructions of the mountain guide, he can be excluded from the group. The same applies if a participant does not meet the requirements specified in the program (performance, technique). If exclusion is not possible in a safe environment, the mountain guide can cancel the tour.

Health complaints and problems must be communicated to the mountain guide when signing up.

Cancellation

Up to two weeks before the booked service no cancelation fees apply. One week before 50%, less than one week before 75% will be charged. Within the last two days before the start of the booked service, the entire amount will be charged. If you find another suitable participant to replace you, there are no costs. If weather and/or conditions do not allow the planned tour, no cancelation fees apply.

Pictures/Publicity

In taking part in my activities you agree to that I can take pictures/videos and use them for publicity.

Deposit

If a deposit is agreed, the reservation is valid as soon it has been received.
